By using the public website at landingweb.app you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What this site is
LandingWeb provides information about our studio services, portfolio (when published), and ways to contact us. Content is for general information. It is not a binding offer unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
Inquiries are not contracts
Submitting a contact form or get-started wizard creates an inquiry, not a signed contract. Project scope, fees, and deliverables are agreed separately (for example via proposal, quote, or signed agreement).
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt service, probe systems without authorisation, submit malware, scrape in a way that harms the service, or use forms to spam or harass.
Intellectual property
Site design, text, and branding are owned by LandingWeb or our licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission. Client work shown in the portfolio remains subject to the rights agreed with that client.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Swedish and EU law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the public informational site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Courts in Sweden have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
